本文应用CT 对192例非特殊型精神发育迟滞患者进行脑形态研究,年龄15～59岁,独立生活困难,无明显瘫痪、不自主运动、共济失调,癫痫发作和其它脑畸形等神经系统体征。正常对照组132例选自仅有失眠、头痛和头晕等主诉的门诊患者和自愿受试者。观察部位包括前额部蛛网膜下腔、大脑纵裂和额顶部脑沟,以及侧脑室和第三脑室。侧
In this paper, 192 cases of non-special mental retardation in patients with brain morphology study, aged 15 to 59 years, independent living difficulties, no obvious paralysis, involuntary movement, ataxia, seizures and other brain deformities and other neurological signs . The control group of 132 patients were selected from outpatients and volunteers who had only complaints of insomnia, headache and dizziness. Observation sites include the subarachnoid space in the forehead, the longitudinal ramus and the frontal sulci, and the lateral and tertiary ventricles. side
