根据铁道部科技发展计划,由戚墅堰机车车辆工厂(以下简称戚厂)负责研制的大功率16V280ZJ型柴油机,在1980年进行了UIC100小时型式试验和在1981年进行了UIC360小时耐久试验之后,1982年铁道部科技局、机务局、工业总局决定,在大功率的牵引电机组未设计试制出来之前,将戚厂经过耐久试验的第一台16V280ZJ型柴油机装在上海铁路局南京东机务段的东风4型0267号内燃机车上进行线路运行试验。本文着重介绍该柴油机装车后30万km的试验以及检查情况。
According to the scientific and technological development plan of the Ministry of Railways, the 16V280ZJ diesel engine of high power developed by Qishuyan Rolling Stock Works (hereinafter referred to as Qi Factory) was tested for UIC100 hour type test in 1980 and UIC360 hour endurance test in 1981. In 1982 Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Bureau, the Bureau of Machinery Industry decided that before the high-power traction motor unit is not designed and manufactured, the first 16V280ZJ diesel engine with endurance test will be installed in Dongfeng 4 Type 0267 diesel locomotive running test on the line. This article focuses on the test of 300,000 km after loading the diesel engine and the inspection.
