对两种组织形态Ti Al合金在热处理过程中的蠕变行为和机械寿命进行实验。在Walker应变理论基础上,利用数值模拟预测两种组织形态不同的Ti Al合金的机械寿命,建立新的机械寿命模型。结果表明,实验所得的机械寿命与利用Omega法所预测出的寿命吻合很好。
Experiments were conducted on the creep behavior and mechanical life of TiAl alloys in two kinds of microstructures during heat treatment. On the basis of Walker strain theory, the mechanical life of TiAl alloy with two different morphologies is predicted by numerical simulation, and a new model of mechanical life is established. The results show that the experimental mechanical life is in good agreement with the life expectancy predicted by the Omega method.
