任率英(1911—1989)原名敬表,河北束鹿县人。连环画家,年画家,中国画家。擅长工笔重彩人物画,多以民族英雄、古典小说、神话传说和民间故事为创作题材。长期从事中国画、连环画、年画的创作,画风工细明丽,雅俗共赏。其连环画代表作有《白蛇传》《鲁智深》《秋江》《桃花扇》;年画代表作有《嫦娥奔月》《洛神图》《巾帼英雄》《天女散花》《送戏到村》《岳云》《汉明妃》等。出版有《怎样画刀马人物》《怎样学习工笔重彩人物画》等美术技法书。第二
