采用单抗放免法测定52例急白患儿和18例健康儿童的血小板膜表面GMP-140分子数和血浆TXB_2浓度显示,患儿GMP-140和TXB_2明显高于健康儿童,P值分别<0.001和〈0.01。各类型急白间差异不明显,经化疗随病情缓解而降至正常对照组水平,伴显性出血和化疗无效者GMP-140和TXB_2均较高。表明急白患儿体内血小板高度活化,测定GMP-140和TXB_2对急白的缓解判定有一定帮助。对出血和化疗无效进行了讨论。
The results of radioimmunoassay showed that the GMP-140 and TXB_2 concentrations on platelet membrane in 52 cases of acute white children and 18 healthy children were significantly higher than those of healthy children (P <0.05) .001 and <0.01. There was no significant difference between the various types of acute white, with chemotherapy to alleviate the condition to the normal control group, with significant bleeding and chemotherapy ineffective GMP-140 and TXB_2 were higher. That eutopic white blood cells in children with a high degree of activation, determination of GMP-140 and TXB 2 euchligence alleviate the decision to help. Bleeding and chemotherapy were not discussed.
