刊编辑研究会、中国高等学校自然科学学报研究会、山西大学共同主办的“中国科技期刊青年编辑学术研讨会”于2001年8月14～20日在山西太原召开。来自全国各省、市、自治区的110位科技期刊编辑参加了会议。有关领导出席了会议并讲了话。大会上,国家新闻出版总署报刊司金毅泉处长作了题为“当前期刊出版现状与管理若干问题”的专题报告,详细介绍了新闻出版总署的机构设置及出版方面的相关法规。指出当前科技期刊出版发行方面存在的问题,强调了科技期
Editorial Research Society, China Institute of Natural Science Research Association, co-sponsored by Shanxi University “China Science and Technology Journal Youth Compilation Symposium ” in 2001 August 14 to 20 held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. 110 scientific and technological periodical editors from various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China participated in the conference. The leaders attended the meeting and spoke. At the conference, Director Jin Yizhen, director of the Press Division of the State Administration of Press and Publication, made a special report titled “Issues Concerning the Current Status and Management of Current Periodicals”, detailing the establishment and publication laws and regulations of the General Administration of Press and Publication.
