目的了解宁波市江东区托幼机构消毒效果,促进托幼机构消毒工作规范有效地开展,减少传染病在托幼机构内的发生和流行。方法对托幼机构物体表面、毛巾和床上用品、室内空气、教职员工及幼儿手和餐饮具的消毒效果,以及紫外线灯辐照强度进行监测。结果 6年共采样8 764份,平均总合格率为90.27%,2004-2009年合格率依次为83.83%、89.30%、92.71%、91.65%、88.72%和94.16%。室内空气合格率为83.70%,物体表面为92.88%,毛巾及床上用品为93.20%,教职员工及幼儿手为85.29%,餐饮具为91.50%,紫外线灯为84.13%。结论通过多年的规范化管理和培训、指导、宣传,辖区托幼机构消毒质量总体处于中上等水平,但室内空气、教职员工人及幼儿手合格率仍不高,应采取相应措施加以改进。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of nurseries and kindergartens in Jiangdong District of Ningbo City and to promote the standardization and effective disinfection of nurseries and kindergartens, and to reduce the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases in nurseries. Methods The disinfection effect of the body surface, towels and bedding, indoor air, staff and children’s hands and tableware, and the irradiation intensity of UV lamp were monitored. Results A total of 8 764 samples were collected in 6 years, with an average total passing rate of 90.27%. The passing rates in 2004-2009 were 83.83%, 89.30%, 92.71%, 91.65%, 88.72% and 94.16% respectively. The passing rate of indoor air was 83.70%, the surface of the object was 92.88%, the towels and bedding 93.20%, the staff and children 85.29%, the catering 91.50%, and the UV lamp 84.13%. Conclusion Through years of standardized management and training, instruction and publicity, the quality of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens in the area is generally at the upper middle level. However, the passing rate of indoor air, staff and children is still not high, and corresponding measures should be taken to improve the quality of disinfection.
