美国能源部为其第4期固体照明技术的13项深入核心研究项目和产品开发项目拨出专款。其中被选中的国家能源技术研究所负责开发到2025年的普通照明用固体照明技术。该项目包括5项核心LED技术,其中3项直接涉及到化合物半导体研究。这3项项目有一项是Philips Lumileds与Crystal IS
The U.S. Department of Energy earmarked funds for 13 in-depth core research projects and product development projects for its fourth solid-state lighting technology. One of the selected National Institute of Energy Technology is responsible for the development of solid lighting technology for general lighting by 2025. The project includes five core LED technologies, three of which are directly related to compound semiconductor research. One of the three projects is Philips Lumileds and Crystal IS
