本文主要探究“情境认知理论”下信息技术支持的“师徒帮带”人才培养模式。“情境认知理论”认为知与行是交互的,知识是情境化的,教师要创设尽可能逼真的、反映知识生成和应用的学习情境,创建良好的实践场景。“师徒帮带”人才培养模式就是让学生全程参与实践项目的创立和运营、让学生成为项目活动的策划者和实践者。教师的主要任务是创设各种环境、运用各种方法培养和激发学生的创新意识。该模式在小学“动漫”创客俱乐部建设实践中取得了良好的效果。
This paper mainly explores the mode of “mentoring” and “talent training” supported by information technology under “context cognition theory”. “Situational Awareness Theory ” that knowledge and action are interactive, knowledge is contextual, teachers should create as realistic as possible, reflecting the generation and application of knowledge learning situations, and create a good practice scenario. “Mentoring to help bring” model is to enable students to participate in the practice of project creation and operation of the entire process, so that students become project planners and practitioners. Teachers ’main task is to create a variety of environments, using various methods to cultivate and stimulate students’ sense of innovation. The model has achieved good results in the practice of building primary school “anime ” Maker Club.
