一、目前概况目前,我国铁路制冰厂的机械化有下列几种方案1.皮带输送机——加冰台——手推车方案:块冰在碎冰机中破碎之后,落在皮带输送机上,由皮带输送机将碎冰送上加冰台,台上由工人用手推车接冰,并推至冷藏车停留处,将冰加入冷藏车。为了防止碎冰在输送机上滑动,输送机上每隔一定的距离安装一个胶皮档。2.链档输送机——加冰台——手推车方案:块冰由链档输送机送上加冰台,台上安装有碎冰机,块冰在碎冰机内破碎之后,由工人用手推车把冰推至冷藏车停留处,并加入冷藏车。3.链斗提升机——加冰台——手推车方案:
