文章把货车用摇枕、侧架铸件的疲劳应力试验数据与俄标准要求进行了比较,并较详细地阐述了对该铸件进行应力试验时要注意的一些要点。此外,还介绍了车辆部件疲劳应力试验过程与其在实际运行过程中所承受应力的不同情况以及铸件评估的方法。
The article compares the fatigue stress test data of truck bolster with side frame castings with the Russian standard requirements and elaborates some important points to be noticed when stress testing the castings. In addition, the different parts of the process of fatigue stress test of vehicle components and their stress during actual operation are introduced, as well as the methods of casting evaluation.
