目的研究U型环固定法在医疗器械清洗中的应用价值,以提高手术器械上残留血迹清洗效果。方法采用胶体金试纸法,对应用U型环固定法固定器械的清洗效果进行了评价,同时与未用U型环固定法的对照组作平行比较。结果将器械轴节打开以双向串在两个U型环器械搁物架上,置入全自动清洗消毒器中清洗,对器械上血迹清洗合格率达到99.50%。未采用U型环固定法的对照组器械上血迹清洗合格率为94.5%。结论使用U型环器械搁物架清洗器械明显提高了清洗效果。
Objective To study the application value of U-ring fixation in the cleaning of medical instruments in order to improve the cleaning effect of residual blood on surgical instruments. Methods The colloidal gold test paper method was used to evaluate the cleaning effect of the U-ring fixation method and the parallel comparison with the control group without the U-ring fixation method. Results The instrument shaft was opened to two-way string in the two U-shaped ring device shelf, into the automatic cleaning and disinfecting cleaning, cleaning equipment on the blood pass rate of 99.50%. The rate of blood-washing pass on the control device without U-ring fixation method was 94.5%. Conclusion U-ring device shelf cleaning equipment significantly improved the cleaning effect.
