近年来中青年脑血管疾病有上升趋势,现总结我院1993年～1999年3月45岁以下住院治疗并经CT 诊断为脑梗塞患者225例的临床特点、病因和CT改变。临床资料一、一般资料 225例中男179例,女46例,年龄18～45岁,平均年龄35.4岁,占同时期收治脑梗塞的15.4%(225/3465),其中18～19岁5例,20～29岁23例,30～39岁82例,40～45岁115例,动态起病178例,静态起病47例。
In recent years, cerebrovascular diseases in young and middle-aged are on the rise. We summarize the clinical features, etiology and CT changes of 225 cases of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 1993 to March 1999 under the age of 45 and treated by CT.
