“底线管理”就是在企业管理的方方面面设置严格的明确的底线标准,同时采用关、停、并、转等强制手段,消灭落后的企业、落后的发展方式、落后的产业板块、落后的业务系统。通过设置刚性的底线标准,消除低水平、低标准、低层次,抽去企业短板,整体提升企业发展层次。同时,通过设置底线让员工清楚地知道企业不可触碰或逾越的底线是什么,从负方向对企业员工的行为进行强化,从而使企业员工产生危机感、始终保持良好的职业道德与行为习惯。
