目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与食管癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法测定138例食管癌患者术前血清CRP水平,分析其与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤病理类型、肿瘤部位、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤长度等临床病理特征的相关性。结果食管癌术前CRP水平与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、病理类型无关(P>0.05);CRP水平与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤长度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者术前CRP水平与肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤长度呈正相关,有助于术前病情评估和合理治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer. Methods The serum levels of CRP in 138 cases of esophageal cancer patients before operation were determined. The correlations were analyzed with clinicopathological characteristics such as age, sex, tumor pathological type, tumor location, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and tumor length. Results The preoperative CRP level had no correlation with age, sex, tumor location and pathological type (P> 0.05). CRP level was positively correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and tumor length (P <0.05). Conclusion The preoperative CRP level in esophageal cancer patients is positively correlated with the TNM staging, lymph node metastasis and tumor length, which is helpful for the preoperative evaluation and reasonable treatment.
