创新教育是以培养人的创新精神和创造能力为根本价值取向的教育,创新能力培养就是通过创新教育来培养学生的创新意识、创新思维、创新能力。笔者通过以职业学校电子电工课程教学为切入点,从课堂教学到课外指导,从生活实际到科技创新等方面,研究教师如何以教学为载体来培养学生的创新能力,探讨教师如何引导学生通过电子电工知识的学习来培养他们的创新能力。
Innovative education is based on the cultivation of people’s innovative spirit and creativity as the fundamental value-oriented education. Cultivation of innovative ability means to cultivate students’ innovative awareness, innovative thinking and innovative ability through innovative education. Through the teaching of electronic and electrical courses in vocational schools, the author studies how teachers can use their teaching as a carrier to train students’ innovative abilities, from classroom teaching to extra-curricular guidance, from living reality to technological innovation, and to explore how teachers can guide students through electronic Electricalian learning to develop their innovative abilities.
