试样以稀硝酸溶解,于7∶5盐酸介质中用4-甲基-2-戊酮(简称MIBK)萃取大部分铁,然后在pH≥6.5溶液中以铜试剂沉淀分离残余的铁.在pH=11左右的氨性缓冲溶液中,镁与二甲苯胺蓝-Ⅱ生成酒红色络合物,借此进行吸光度测定。方法操作简单、重现性好、稳定,是测定微量镁较灵敏的方法.
The sample was diluted with dilute nitric acid and most of the iron was extracted with 4-methyl-2-pentanone (abbreviated as MIBK) in a 7: 5 hydrochloric acid medium and then the remaining iron was precipitated as a copper reagent in a pH> 6.5 solution. In a pH of about 11 ammonia buffer solution, magnesium and xylidine blue-Ⅱ wine red complex, whereby absorbance was measured. Method is simple, reproducible, stable, is the determination of trace magnesium is more sensitive method.
