目的:研究二维超声心动图诊断先天性心脏病—无顶冠状静脉窦(UCS)合并三房心的思路和方法。方法:分析1例经外科手术证实并成功矫治的UCS合并三房心病例的超声心动图检查资料,总结超声诊断UCS合并三房心的思路和方法。结果:1例UCS合并三房心术前全部由经胸超声确诊,与术中结果对比,超声诊断正确率100%。结论:通过对UCS合并三房心的结构及血流动力学特点的分析,可以建立有效准确的超声心动图诊断方法。
Objective: To study the method and method of two-dimensional echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease-non-apex coronary sinus (UCS) combined with three-chamber heart. Methods: The echocardiographic data of one case of UCS complicated with three heart diseases confirmed by surgical operation and successful correction were analyzed and the ideas and methods of ultrasonic diagnosis of UCS combined with three heart were summarized. Results: One case of UCS combined with three-room cardiac surgery was diagnosed by transthoracic ultrasonography. Compared with the results of intraoperative ultrasound, the correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 100%. Conclusion: The analysis of the structure and hemodynamic characteristics of UCS combined with three-chamber heart can establish an effective and accurate diagnostic method for echocardiography.
