This essay elaborates the author’s whole course of feminist biblical academic research from the perspective of autobiography. The author grows into a feminist for being suppressed by sexism and feminist support in her career. After becoming a feminist, she developed her own feminist approach by learning from literary critics and drawing on her research methods. The confrontation between black feminists and white feminists in the late 1980s and 1990s convinced the author of his unique Asian identity and, as a result, shifted to Asian-American feminists and a new interpretation of the text of the Bible . At the end of the article, the author puts forward the prospect and possibility of feminist biblical criticism: feminist biblical criticism methods will become increasingly interdisciplinary; biblical text analysis should better integrate gender with issues such as race, class and colonial status Up; Through the new discourse model, feminist biblical criticism will be further developed.
