目前,我国高等教育已经走向大众化阶段,伴随着我国旅游业的高速发展,旅游本科专业教育发展快速。但是我国旅游本科人才培养的主要问题是人才供需错位,在专业培养目标、课程设置、教材建设以及师资队伍、人才培养方式等方面,现行的人才培养模式存在着很多问题。本文通过分析我国旅游本科专业人才培养现状,主要探讨了基于“四位一体”下旅游本科专业人才培养模式,一起能够提高我国旅游本科专业人才的培养质量,从而促进我国旅游业的健康发展。
At present, China’s higher education has come to the popular stage, with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, tourism undergraduate education has developed rapidly. However, the main problem of cultivating tourism undergraduate talents in our country is the dislocation of supply and demand of talents. There are many problems in the current personnel training mode in terms of professional training objectives, curriculum construction, teaching material construction and teaching staff and personnel training methods. Based on the analysis of the training status of tourism undergraduates in our country, this paper mainly discusses the training mode of tourism undergraduates based on the model of “four in one”, which can improve the training quality of tourism professionals in our country and promote the healthy development of tourism in our country .
