目的比较Nd∶YAG激光联合CO2激光与常规手术治疗阴道残端息肉的疗效。方法阴道残端息肉患者284例,随机分成激光组142例和对照组142例。激光组采用Nd∶YAG激光联合CO2激光治疗,对照组行常规的阴道残端息肉摘除术+阴道填塞治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果激光组不需住院,医疗费用、术中出血量、手术时间、术后伤口愈合时间显著低于对照组(P﹤0.001),术后复发率为7.04%显著低于对照组的34.5%(P﹤0.01)。结论激光治疗阴道残端息肉操作简便、费用低、费时少、伤口愈合快、复发率低,是目前治疗阴道残端息肉的理想治疗方法。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser with CO2 laser and routine surgery in the treatment of vaginal stump polyps. Methods 284 cases of vaginal stump polyps were randomly divided into laser group 142 cases and control group 142 cases. The laser group was treated with Nd:YAG laser combined with CO2 laser, while the control group was treated with conventional vaginal stump polyp removal + vaginal tamponade. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no need for hospitalization in the laser group. The medical expenses, intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative wound healing time were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.001). Postoperative recurrence rate was 7.04%, significantly lower than 34.5% P <0.01). Conclusion Laser treatment of vaginal stump polyps is simple and convenient, low cost, less time consuming, quick wound healing and low recurrence rate. It is the ideal method for the treatment of polyps in the vagina.
