一、前言省内有一批小化肥厂,其合成塔外筒有许多是采用进口的φ530×40mm无缝钢管制成,材料代号St45(德国)按规定该钢管可用于160大气压及300℃以下工作,(St45—4则无工作压力限制)。为提高化肥产量,有关部门提出该材料做成的合成塔外筒能否在190大气压下安全运行。为了取得科学论据,特将一台已运行八年的合成塔外筒进行了解剖分析。做了断裂力学实验,测定了材料的机械性能、化学成份
I. Preface There are a number of small fertilizer plants in the province. Many of the outer tubes of the synthesis tower are made of φ530 × 40mm seamless steel pipe. Material code St45 (Germany) can be used to work under 160 atmospheres and below 300 ℃ , (St45-4 no working pressure limit).
