研究了几种处理对菠菜种子发芽势和发芽率的影响 ,结果表明 :采用剥皮处理能极显著提高菠菜种子的发芽势和发芽率 ;低温处理能显著提高菠菜种子的发芽势 ,极显著提高发芽率 ;赤霉素处理能显著提高菠菜种子发芽率。 1 0g/LKNO3浸种和 4 0g/L的NaOH浸种却显著或极显著降低了菠菜种子的发芽势和发芽率。
The effects of several treatments on the germination energy and germination rate of spinach seeds were studied. The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate of spinach seeds could be significantly increased by peeling treatment. Low temperature treatment could significantly increase the germination potential of spinach seeds and significantly increase germination Gibberellin treatment significantly increased the germination rate of spinach seeds.
