娄底六小原名涟钢一小,始建于1958年,坐落在钢城中心的桔园路口,现有43个教学班,学生2052人,教职员工109人。2012年,学校沐浴着市委政府“化解城区大班额四年行动计划”的春风,由政府投资近7500万元,对原学校进行了整体拆除重建,改扩建后的新六小占地15334m~2,总建筑面积22365m~2,可容纳60个常规教学班,2500名学生。学校配备了标准6跑道的200米环形塑胶跑道,
Formerly known as Lianyuan Steel, Loudi was originally built in 1958 and is located in the intersection of Orange Garden in the center of Gangcheng. There are 43 teaching classes, 2,052 students and 109 faculty members. In 2012, the school was bathed in the spring breeze of the municipal government and the “Four-Year Plan of Action to Resolve the Large Towns in Cities and Towns.” The government invested nearly 75 million yuan to demolish and rebuild the original school. After the rebuilding and expansion, the new six-small site covers an area of 15334m ~ 2, the total construction area of 22365m ~ 2, can accommodate 60 regular classes, 2500 students.
