目的:研究心叶双蝴蝶全草中的化学成分。方法:取心叶双蝴蝶全草,粉碎,分别用90%,60%乙醇渗漉提取,减压回收溶剂得浸膏。加适量的水使浸膏分散溶解,分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和水饱和正丁醇进行萃取,得到石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位。取乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分别用硅胶柱色谱,大孔树脂,Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶,反相制备液相色谱等多种方法对其进行反复分离纯化,并通过~1H-NMR和~(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯萃取部位以及正丁醇萃取部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(1),8-羟基-1,2,6-三甲氧基口山酮(2),ancerin(3),异牡荆素(4),异荭草素(5),morroniside(6),6’-O-B-D-glucopyranosylmoroniside(7)。结论:化合物3,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到;同时,所分离得到的化合物具有一定的抗炎、抗菌、保肝、抗凝血及血小板聚集、保护心肌细胞等活性,为进一步开展其药效物质基础研究以及该药材的开发利用提供了很好的参考依据。也为双蝴蝶属植物的化学亲缘关系研究提供了一定的依据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the whole grass of the heart-leaf double butterfly. Methods: Take the whole heart of double-headed butterfly, crushed, respectively, with 90%, 60% ethanol percolation extraction, vacuum recovery of solvent extract. Add appropriate amount of water to disperse and dissolve the extract, respectively, with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water-saturated n-butanol for extraction to obtain petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The ethyl acetate fraction and the n-butanol fraction were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex, and reverse phase preparative liquid chromatography, respectively, and were separated and purified by ~ 1H NMR and ~ (13) C-NMR spectroscopy. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract and identified as 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxychloramphenicol (1), 8-hydroxy- (2), ancerin (3), isovitaminin (4), isoorientin (5), morroniside (6), 6’-OBD-glucopyranosylmoroniside ). CONCLUSION: Compounds 3, 6 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time. At the same time, the isolated compounds have certain anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, hepatoprotective, anticoagulant and platelet aggregation activities and protect myocardial cells, Carry out its basic research of medicinal substances and the development and utilization of the herbs provide a good reference. It also provides a basis for the research on the chemical genetic relationship between the two genus.
