近年来,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,用电需求不断增加,配网投资逐年递增。面对巨大的投资,配电网投资科学合理优化,成为关键问题。针对以往配网投资分配均依据电压等级进行分配,未考虑项目不同类别对配网运行指标贡献度不同,提出了基于信息系统实际运行指标的配电网建设项目综合评价指标体系,以及基于项目不同类别的投资优化模型,能够科学全面的反映出配电网的项目投资效果,并在投资总金额和投资分配比的约束下,使项目决策值最大,达到合理分配投资金额的目的,提高配电网的投资效率。
