教师领导是教育领导的新发展,是教师通过领导途径实现教师发展的一种有效方式。只有解除了教师的权力困顿,教师领导才有可能。教师领导的可能性在于教师拥有领导权。教师领导权是一种复合权力,来源于教师的专业知能、领导特质、专业权威、道德品质、学校组织、校长授权和教师群体动力,是天赋权力和人予权力的合金。激发教师领导是教师发展、学校卓越的必然要求。教师领导权的行使需要策略支持。
Teacher leadership is a new development of education leadership and an effective way for teachers to achieve teacher development through leadership. Only by lifting the power of teachers, teacher leadership is possible. The possibility of teacher leadership is that teachers have leadership. Teacher leadership is a composite power derived from teachers ’professional knowledge, leadership qualities, professional authority, moral quality, school organization, principal’s authorization, and teachers’ group motivation. It is an alloy of natural and human power. Inspiring teacher leadership is an inevitable requirement for teacher development and school excellence. The exercise of teacher leadership requires strategic support.
