用3H-TdR掺入抑制法及APAAP法对22例结直肠癌患者手术前、后外周血单核细胞的NKC活性、T细胞亚群进行动态测定.结果显示,术前NKC活性、CD4/CD3比值较正常对照下降,且与Dukes分期无关;术后第1天,NKC活性及CD4/CD3比值较术前更为下降;术后5天此两项指标均见升高;术后10天恢复到术前水平,但仍较正常对照为低.说明结直肠癌患者细胞免疫功能受到抑制,并与肿瘤负荷有关,根治术后存在阶段性的细胞免疫功能受损,促使残留癌细胞的生长和转移.提示,结直肠癌患者围手术期免疫支持治疗至关重要.
3H-TdR incorporation inhibition assay and APAAP method were used to detect the NKC activity and T cell subpopulations of peripheral blood mononuclear cells before and after surgery in 22 patients with colorectal cancer. The results showed that preoperative NKC activity and CD4/CD3 ratio were lower than those of normal controls and had no relationship with Dukes stage. On the first postoperative day, NKC activity and CD4/CD3 ratio decreased more than before surgery; The indicators were all elevated; they recovered to preoperative level 10 days after surgery, but were still lower than normal controls. It shows that the cellular immune function of patients with colorectal cancer is inhibited and is related to the tumor burden. There is a stage of impaired cellular immune function after radical surgery, which promotes the growth and metastasis of residual cancer cells. Tips, perioperative immune support therapy in patients with colorectal cancer is essential.
