With the support of modern management philosophy, enterprises can achieve better economic benefits by implementing comprehensive budget management. There are many problems in the implementation of the overall budget management in enterprises, requiring the managers of the enterprises to actively explore a good way to implement the overall budget management so as to ensure the good development of the enterprises.
