目的:探讨高同型半胱氨酸(HHcy)对大鼠肝脏脂代谢紊乱的影响研究。方法:研究选择80只小鼠作为研究对象,随机分为空腹正常对照组,空腹HHcy组,进食HHcy组以及进食正常对照组,饲养3个月,各个组进行取血测定Hcy浓度、胰岛素、血糖等指标的水平,观察各组小鼠肝脏形态学改变。结果:与空腹或者进食对照组比较,进食或空腹Hcy组小鼠的Hcy浓度水平显著较高(P<0.05)。空腹Hcy胰岛素抵抗指数显著高于进食正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高同型半胱氨酸可以诱导胰岛素抵抗,进而影响了肝脏的脂类代谢,证实HHcy导致了脂肪代谢紊乱。
Objective: To investigate the effect of homocysteine (HHcy) on disturbance of lipid metabolism in rat liver. Methods: Eighty mice were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into three groups: fasting normal control group, fasting HHcy group, HHcy fed group and normal control group. The mice were fed for 3 months. Blood samples were collected for determination of Hcy concentration, insulin, And other indicators of the level of liver morphological changes in mice observed. Results: Compared with the fasting or fed control group, the Hcy concentration in the fed or fasting Hcy group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Fasting Hcy insulin resistance index was significantly higher than the normal control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Homocysteine induces insulin resistance, which in turn affects the lipid metabolism in the liver, confirming that HHcy causes dyslipidemia.
