组合机床自动线的传动装置广泛采用液压传动形式,如刀具的进给、工件的定位、夹具和工件的输送与转位,以及各种辅助装置的移动多采用液压传动,由于设计不佳、结构不良、液压元件失灵、油液过脏以及使用、维护、管理不良等原因,常常使液压系统不能正常工作。作者根据实践经验较系统地介绍液压传动组合机床自动线的使用要求,并对常见故障加以归纳分析,提出有效措施加以排除,以确保液压系统正常工作。本文对使用维修部门有一定参考价值。
