考虑由一个零售商经营的具有独立随机需求的双渠道,在销售季节末一渠道缺货时可分享另一渠道的剩余库存,研究了两个渠道各自的订货决策问题,分别建立了不共享剩余库存和共享剩余库存时的双渠道订货模型。基于纳什博弈理论,给出了共享剩余库存时最优订货数量的均衡条件。研究表明,共享剩余库存时两渠道的最优订货数量均低于不共享剩余库存的情形;在需求分布函数满足一定条件下,共享剩余库存时两渠道的最优利润均高于不共享剩余库存的情形。最后通过数值分析验证了前述模型的有效性和可靠性。
