首先,我对中国建筑材料联合会节能减排分会、新材料分会的成立,对担任两个分会负责人的同志们和首届建材行业节能减排示范企业表示祝贺。这两个分会是在我的提议下成立的,我把这两个产业的发展看作建材行业未来的生命和能不能持久发展的一个大事,战略位置尤其重要,意义非常重大。成立背景(一)时代背景这两个分会是在传统建材产业产能严重过剩,新兴产业发展缓慢,结构调整步履艰难,转型升级向纵深转折的时候成立的;是在全行业节能减排任务紧迫,建材
First of all, I congratulate China Building Materials Federation on energy conservation and emissions reduction branch, new material branch, comrades who serve as leaders of two clubs and the first demonstration enterprise of energy saving and emission reduction in building material industry. These two clubs were set up under my proposal. I consider the development of these two industries as a major event in the future of the building materials industry and its long-term development. The strategic position is of particular importance and significance.
