目的分析济南市首例人感染高致病性禽流感病例感染来源和传播途径,为进一步认识和防治禽流感提供科学依据。方法应用现场流行病学、RT-PCR、real time RT-PCR检测病毒核酸、马血球血凝抑制实验测定抗体和应急监测等方法进行调查、分析和诊断。结果病人呼吸道标本禽流感病毒核酸检测阳性;病人死亡;密切接触者中无禽流感病例,未发现人际传播的证据;禽间检测未发现感染禽类。结论济南市首例人感染高致病性禽流感病例属个案感染,非人传人病例,感染来源可能与接触禽类产品有关。
Objective To analyze the source and transmission of the first human case of HPAI infection in Jinan and provide a scientific basis for further understanding and prevention of bird flu. Methods In-situ epidemiology, RT-PCR and real time RT-PCR were used to detect the viral nucleic acid, and the antibody and emergency monitoring methods were determined by the horse blood hemagglutination inhibition test to investigate, analyze and diagnose. Results The positive samples of respiratory viruses were positive for the virus of avian influenza virus. The patients died. There were no cases of bird flu in the close contacts and no evidence of interpersonal transmission was found. No infected birds were found in the poultry detection. Conclusions The first case of human case of HPAI in Jinan City is a case of infection and non-human transmission. The source of infection may be related to exposure to poultry products.
