洪湖市审计机关在创建精神文明的过程中,始终坚持把审计执法执纪的监督,作为一项重要内容来抓。其认识统一,方法稳妥,措施得力,效果显著。它对于增强领导班子的凝聚力、向心力、战斗力;对于建设一支廉洁、务实、高效的干部队伍;对于党风廉政建设、形象建设,都起到了十分积极的作用。审计机关作为政府的经济监督和执法部门,既承担着保持经济持续、稳定、健康发展的重要责任,又担任着宏观调控和为政府提供科学决策的重大义务。为此,审计机关的工作人员对每个审计项目能否作出客观公正的评价,取决于他们执法的水准。
