目的考察口炎清及其组分对肠道部分优势菌群和条件致病菌以及口腔血链球菌和变链球菌生长的影响。方法以选择性培养基培养为基础的活菌计数法。结果 5%和10%的口炎清及其组分对葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌均有明显的抑制作用。5%和10%的口炎清及其组分对植物来源乳酸杆菌和人来源乳酸杆菌生长抑制效果不明显,只有10%山银花流膏有一定抑制效果。10%的山银花流膏、口炎清、玄参流膏对血链球菌和变链球菌有较明显的抑制作用。5%和10%的天冬麦冬流膏对双歧杆菌的生长有促进作用。结论口炎清及其组分对于葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、血链球菌、变链球菌有明显的抑制作用,而对乳酸杆菌抑制作用不明显,其中某些成分还有促进双歧杆菌生长作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Kouyinqing and its components on the dominant intestinal flora and pathogenic bacteria as well as the growth of Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus mutans. Methods The method of viable count was based on culture of selective medium. Results 5% and 10% of stomatitis clear and its components on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli were significantly inhibited. 5% and 10% of stomatitis clear and its components on plant-derived lactobacilli and human-derived Lactobacillus growth inhibitory effect is not obvious, only 10% Shan Yinhua Liu cream has a certain inhibitory effect. 10% of Yinshu flow cream, Kou Yan Qing, Xuan Sen Liu cream on Streptococcus sanguis and Streptococcus mutans have a more obvious inhibitory effect. 5% and 10% of winter mulberry cream on the growth of bifidobacteria have a role in promoting. Conclusion Kou Yan Qing and its components for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus sanguis, streptococcus mutans significantly inhibited, but not obvious inhibition of Lactobacillus, some of which also promote the growth of Bifidobacterium effect.
