据调查,一个优秀学生具备的特征为:①认知成熟度高;②智能高;③学习动机强;④学习期望值大;⑤兴趣广泛,生活经验丰富;⑥心理健康,承受能力较强;⑦有恒心,责任心强;⑧家庭因素。针对优秀学生的以上特征,依据中学生的认知发展特点和规律,本着突出教育教学的重要作用,我积极探索出一套卓有成效的教育方法——“三优化策略”。
According to the survey, the characteristics of a good student are as follows: ① high cognitive maturity; ② high intelligence; ③ strong motivation to learn; ④ great learning expectation; ⑤ extensive interest, rich life experience; ⑥ mental health, Perseverance, strong sense of responsibility; ⑧ family factors. In view of the above characteristics of outstanding students, based on the characteristics and laws of secondary school students’ cognitive development and in highlighting the important role of education and teaching, I actively explore a set of effective educational methods - the “three optimization strategies.”
