基于磨矿动力学研究了锡石多金属硫化矿的磨矿速率,采用响应曲面法,研究分析磨矿时间、矿浆浓度、充填率等参数对矿石磨矿速率的影响规律,结果表明:对磨矿速率影响显著程度从大至小依次是磨矿时间、充填率、矿浆浓度;矿浆浓度和充填率的交互作用最显著,磨矿时间和充填率的交互作用次之,矿浆浓度与磨矿时间的交互作用不显著。磨矿最优化参数为:磨矿时间为5 min,矿浆浓度为75%,充填率为30%,最佳磨矿速率为96.92%,并能够降低能耗39.99%。因此,磨矿最优条件可靠性高,模型方程实用性好。
The grinding rate of cassiterite polymetallic sulphide ore was studied based on the grinding kinetics. Response surface methodology was used to study the influence of grinding time, concentration and filling rate on the ore grinding rate. The interaction between pulp concentration and filling rate is the most significant.
