目的:探寻更高效的人参皂苷提取方法,提高人参皂苷检出率,简化操作。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量为评价指标,乙醇为提取溶液,采用正交试验法,以高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,得出最佳的人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的检测方法。结果:优选的提取条件为将人参药材粉碎成中粉,以60%的乙醇浸泡提取24h。结论:乙醇浸泡提取法简化了制样步骤,减少了溶剂消耗,可以同时测定人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量,为人参的质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To explore a more efficient method for the extraction of ginsenosides, improve the detection rate of ginsenosides and simplify the operation. Methods: The ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 content as the evaluation index, ethanol as the extraction solution, using orthogonal test method, determination by high performance liquid chromatography to give the best ginsenoside Rg1, Ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 detection method. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were to grind the ginseng herbs into medium powder and soak them in 60% ethanol for 24 h. Conclusion: Ethanol soaking extraction method simplifies sample preparation, reduces solvent consumption, and can simultaneously determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1, providing a reference for the quality evaluation of ginseng.
