本文利用正交设计试验,探讨了Cr、Mn、Mo在白口铸铁中的合金化作用和稀土硅铁的变质作用。确定了RCM多元低合金抗磨铸铁的最佳成份范围和热处理工艺。利用测温度场的办法确定了较理想的磨球铸造工艺方案。利用JSM-35C电子显微镜对试样的断口,碳化物的形貌进行了观察,探讨了白口铸铁强韧化的机理。生产考核表明,RCM多元低合金抗磨铸铁磨球的使用寿命相当于锻钢球的4.3倍。
In this paper, the use of orthogonal design test to explore the Cr, Mn, Mo in white cast iron alloying and rare earth ferrosilicon metamorphism. The optimum composition range and heat treatment process of RCM multi-element low-alloy anti-wear cast iron were determined. The method of measuring the temperature field has determined the ideal grinding ball casting process scheme. Using JSM-35C electron microscope on the specimen fracture, carbide morphology were observed to explore the white cast iron toughening mechanism. Production tests show that, RCM multi-element low-alloy wear-resistant cast iron grinding ball service life equivalent to 4.3 times the ball forged.
