RO_(13-6438)是一种兼有正性肌力和血管扩张作用的新药,在化学结构上属非糖甙类、非儿荼酚胺类的咪唑喹唑酮(imidazoquinazotinone)衍生物。本文旨在评价此药对严重难治性充血性心衰病人的血液动力学效应、心肌氧耗(MVO_2)和循环中正肾上腺素(NE)浓度等的影响。
RO_ (13-6438) is a new drug with both inotropic and vasodilating properties and is chemically non-glycosidic, non-catecholamines, imidazoquinazotinone derivatives. This article aims to evaluate the effect of this drug on hemodynamics, myocardial oxygen consumption (MVO 2) and circulating norepinephrine (NE) concentration in patients with severe refractory congestive heart failure.
