随着市场经济体制的不断深化,医院原有的财务管理制度已经无法适应新时期的医疗事业发展需求,医院财务管理工作要求始终无法顺利达成。基于此,本文在系统总结和分析了目前医院财务管理工作中存在的问题基础上,就有针对性的提出了一套适用于当今医院经营模式的医院财务管理改革方法。笔者相信,财务管理工作水平的提升必然能够进一步改善医院的服务质量以及营运状况。
With the deepening of the market economy system, the original financial management system of the hospital has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the medical service in the new era, and the requirements of the hospital’s financial management can not be successfully reached. Based on this, based on the systematic summarization and analysis of the existing problems in the hospital’s financial management, this paper proposes a set of reform methods of hospital financial management that are applicable to the current hospital management model. The author believes that the improvement of the level of financial management will inevitably be able to further improve the hospital’s service quality and operating conditions.
