Jiang Zemin’s important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ fundamentally answers the question of what kind of party to build and how to set up a party under the new historical conditions and opens up a new realm of Marxist theory. The ’Three Represents’ are not only the goal of strengthening the party in an all-round way But also a guide for action in advancing the reform and construction of the armed forces.
