分层次教学,不仅是一种方法,更是一种教育理念。其精神实质就是关心爱护每一个学生,尊重每一名学生的个性差异,目的是充分发挥每一名学生的个性特长,激发“学困生”的自信心,整体提高学生的科学文化素质和专业水平,培养学生熟练的专业操作技能,增强就业竞争力。教师不放弃学生是学生不放弃自己的前提,教师以及全社会必须转变职业学校的学生是“差生”的观念,要将学生看成是一块块待雕琢的“璞玉”,使学生在健康的舆论环境中重树信心,产生前进的动力。这是分层次教学的关键。
