试验表明,培养料中加入0.5%的硫酸钾对黑木耳菌丝生长及耳芽的发生有明显的促进作用,污染率降低;当硫酸钾加入量选到1%以上时,菌丝生长速度及耳芽发生率都随之减小,污染率明显增高.
The results showed that adding 0.5% potassium sulfate to the culture medium significantly promoted the growth of black fungus mycelia and ear buds, and the pollution rate decreased.
