采用高效液相色谱法,同时测定了鼻可灵喷雾剂中氧氟沙星和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS(4mm×250mm),流动相为0.1％三乙胺(用磷酸调pH至3.2)-乙腈(85:15),检测波长为256nm。两被测组分的回收率分别为氧氟沙星100.2％,盐酸麻黄碱100.7％,日内、日间偏差均小于5％。
The contents of ofloxacin and ephedrine hydrochloride in nasal spirit sprays were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS (4mm × 250mm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% triethylamine (adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile (85:15) at a detection wavelength of 256nm. The recoveries of the two tested components were ofloxacin 100.2% and ephedrine hydrochloride 100.7% respectively. The daily and intraday deviations were less than 5%.
