1.熨平板提升无力1台ABG423型摊铺机在摊铺沥青混合料施工中出现熨平板提升无力、且料斗关闭无力故障。查看该机液压系统图,得知熨平板提升和料斗收放由同1个液压泵驱动。将压力表安装在该液压泵测压接头上,扳动操作台仪表盘上的料斗开闭开关,使料斗关闭到极限位置。在料斗闭合位置继续扳动料斗开闭开关时,压力表测得的压力仅为2MPa(正常压力应为21MPa),由此判定故障部位可能是液压泵或者卸荷阀。
