在农村小学执教的老师会发现,由于农村的留守儿童不断增加,农村学生家庭教育力量薄弱,导致家庭作业质量低下,学生学习习惯较差的局面。正因为这样,农村小学教师教得很辛苦,学生却不爱学;教师教学很投入,学习效果却不佳。这就让我想起了新课改提出的:“实施有效教学,打造高效课堂”。教育最基本的改革是课堂教学改革,课堂是全面提高课堂效率的前沿阵地。因此,实施有效教学,打造高效的农村教学课堂极为重要。
Teachers teaching in rural primary schools will find that because of the growing number of left-behind children in rural areas, family education in rural areas is weak, resulting in poor homework and poor student learning habits. Because of this, rural primary school teachers teach very hard, but students do not like to learn; teachers are involved in teaching and learning is not good. This reminds me of the new curriculum proposed: “effective teaching, to create efficient classroom ”. The most basic reform of education is the reform of classroom teaching, and the classroom is the front position for improving classroom efficiency in an all-round way. Therefore, it is very important to carry out effective teaching and create an efficient rural teaching classroom.
