用反相高效液相色谱法，采用ＯＤＳ＿Ｃ１８色谱柱，以甲醇＋酸性水为流动相，在２５４ｎｍ下同时测定莎稗磷和苄磺隆的含量。方法快速、准确，莎稗磷的回收率９８．５０％～１００．６％，变异系数为０．９０％；苄磺隆的回收率９８．５７％～１００．４％，变异系数为０．９０％；苄磺隆的回收率９８．５７％～１００．４％变异系数２．２％。
The contents of the anilines and tribenuron were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, ODS-C18 column and methanol + acidic water as the mobile phase at 254 nm. The method was rapid and accurate. The recoveries of the anaphid phosphorus were 98.50% ~ 100.6% with a coefficient of variation of 0.90%. The recoveries of metsulfuron - methyl were 98.57% ~ 100.4% with a coefficient of variation of 0. 90%; recovery rate of benzyl sulfon 98.57% ~ 100.4% coefficient of variation of 2.2%.
