基于对制造业总体发展特征的实证分析,结合“智能制造”发展内涵与特点,研究提出在产业链体系与信息化深度融合背景下,智慧型生产企业置身于一个优势互补、合作共赢的开放型产业体系。企业可充分利用智能制造的优势与机遇,推动价值链横向集成升级,垂直集成与网络化制造升级。
Based on the empirical analysis of the overall development characteristics of manufacturing industry and the connotation and characteristics of “intelligent manufacturing” development, this paper proposes that in the context of the deep integration of industrial chain system and informatization, intelligent manufacturing enterprises are exposed to the advantages of mutual complementarity and win-win cooperation Open industrial system. Enterprises can make full use of the advantages and opportunities of intelligent manufacturing to promote horizontal integration and upgrade of the value chain, vertical integration and network-based manufacturing and upgrading.
